BBQ Chicken Pizza

So good and so easy ladies!
Start with Naan bread
Rub BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) all over
Cover with mozzarella cheese, onion, cilantro and chicken (all to taste)
Bake on the rack in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes!

Butter Baked Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 stick of butter
Your favorite spices
Soften the butter mix in your seasoning
Rub half on the chicken
Bake until chicken is cooked through
Use remaining butter to throw on top right before you serve

Better-Than-Masturbation Cake

German Chocolate Cake mix (bake according to directions. I add chocolate chips to the cake.)
Sweet condensed milk
Carmel sauce
Heath bar crushed
Whip cream
Chocolate chips
Poke holes in the cake
Pour condensed milk over it
Pour the caramel sauce over it
Top with whip cream and Heath bar
Chill for an hour, then enjoy

Taco Salad

2 Lbs of preferred ground meat (cooked with Lawry's seasoning)
Shred cheddar (be liberal with the cheese)
A bag of iceberg lettuce
Then you simply toss lettuce, cheese, kidney beans, olives , and cheddar Doritos - half a bag, and Girards Italian dressing. Don't substitute with any other dressing.

Mexichilada Stackers

1 Can enchilada sauce
Corn tortillas
Ground beef
Taco seasoning
Choice of toppings (lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream whatever u like).
Brown ground beef
Add water and taco seasoning then simmer til done
In separate pan use oil to fry corn tortillas
Once fried, coat with enchilada sauce on either side
Then build it! Tortilla, beef, toppings, tortilla, beef, toppings!

1lb. Ground Hamburger or turkey
1 can of corn
1 can tomato sauce
Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Instant potatoes
Cook ground beef or turkey
Add 1 can of corn drained
Add 1 can of tomato sauce
Add water, just enough to cover the mixture
Bring to a boil so everything gets nice and hot
Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate pot prepare your instant potatoes.
Place 1 heaping scoop of potato in a bowl and add 1 ladle of goulash.

Chocolate Mousse Trifle

Mix 1 pkg of prepared chocolate pudding with thawed cool whip
Set aside
Dice up fresh strawberries
Cut up pound or angel food cake into 1 inch squares
Layer cake, pudding mix and strawberries
Refrigerate. Let sit 1/2 hour +

Wilted Salad

1/2 lb chopped bacon
2 heads green leaf lettuce
1 bunch green onions
seasoning salt
white vinegar
Cook bacon until browned, and scoop out bacon and drain
Leave about 2-4tbsp bacon grease in pan
While the bacon cooks, chop up the green leaf lettuce and greens of the onion into a big heat-proof bowl
When bacon is done, after scooping out bacon shake seasoning salt (as desired) into leftover grease and pour in a similar amount of white vinegar to the hot pan and stir (Careful, it can sizzle and spit)
Pour while hot over the greens mixture
Toss to coat and it will wilt
Eat while warm. YUM!

Chipotle Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

3 red bell peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons Chipotle seasoning
1 box stovetop cornbread stuffing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut 3 red bell peppers in half vertically (so the stem is cut in half)
Remove seeds and inner membranes
Place in a 9x13 glass baking dish
Cut chicken into bite sized portions
Add olive oil to a 12in skillet and heat over medium heat until oil is shiny
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink
Add chipotle seasoning and toss until chicken is coated
Cook stuffing according to package directions
Distribute stuffing evenly between bell peppers
Pack slightly
Distribute chipotle-seasoned chicken breasts between bell peppers
Put in the oven for 25 minutes
Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly

Taco Stuffed Shells

18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 bottle (16 ounces) taco sauce, divided
3 ounces fat-free cream cheese, cubed
2 teaspoons chili powder
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend, divided
20 baked tortilla chip scoops, coarsely crushed
Cook pasta according to package directions
Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain
Add 1/2 cup taco sauce, cream cheese and chili powder; cook and stir until blended
Stir in 1/4 cup cheese blend
Drain pasta and rinse in cold water
Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons beef mixture
Arrange in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray
Spoon remaining taco sauce over the top
Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese blend
Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted
Sprinkle with chips.

Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

1 jar fire roasted tomatoes
1 ball mozzarella sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Italian seasoning
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chicken breasts.
Make a pocket in each chicken breast
Stuff with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil
Coat chicken in oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste
Bake 20-30 min @400 or until chicken is fully cooked

Kickass Chicken Wings

1 bag of chicken wings
Half a cup of cayenne pepper
Half a cup of dried cilantro
2 full limes
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Put into huge zip lock bag and shake up
Bake for 1 hour at 425 covered
Then uncover reduce heat to 300 and let bake for additional 20 minutes.

Cubed steak

Put in a pan mix together
Dump ketchup in and let simmer for a few hours

Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken w/ Cheese and Broccoli

Take your chicken breast and slice in half so they look like hearts
Salt and pepper them
Warm a pan with butter and cook them till the juices run clear
Chop broccoli small enough to fit in the chicken
Stuff the chicken with broccoli and cheese
Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks
Fry until you are happy with the bacon and enjoy

Green Chicken Chili Enchiladas

Cook the chicken over night in a crock-pot (It helps make it tender and juicy)
I add salt, pepper, minced garlic, some chopped onion and green chili's (whole canned green chili's work great.)
Once the chicken in cooked the next day, move it to a bowl big enough to shred it in and use an electric mixer to shred it
Place chicken to the side
Now take the broth that the chicken was cooked in and skim any nasty stuff off
Place broth and everything from the crock-pot in a blender, adding an extra can of green chilli and a family size can of cream of chicken and blend
Soft fry corn tortillas and let them drain on a napkin
Roll chicken, cheese and some sauce in a tortilla and layer in a pan
Use the rest of the sauce and cover with cheese and black olives (optional.) Bake till cheese is melted and enjoy with a side of beans and rice
You can substitute the chicken for slices of cream cheese and the cream of chicken for cream of mushroom for a vegetarian option

Mexican Pasta Casserole

SO good and makes a ton, perfect for a big family or if you want left overs for the week!
1 pound ground beef cooked with Lawrys taco seasoning packet, cook as directed on packet
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
1 15 oz can of Diced tomatoes with green chili's
1 small can of diced green chili's
1 can of corn drained
16 oz/1lb of corkscrew pasta(or any pasta you choose) cooked al dente
1 cup sour cream (or more depending on how creamy you want it, I usually use a whole 16 oz container)
2 cups + of Mild cheddar cheese.
Heat oven to 350
Combine cooked pasta, half the cheese and sour cream, mix together in a large bowl
Combine taco meat, Tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green chilies and corn
In a greased 9x13 casserole baking dish, add a layer of meat sauce mixture, then add all of the pasta mixture
Spread evenly, then top with the rest of the meat sauce mixture
Then top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly

Stir-Fry (Gluten/soy/dairy free)

Cut 2 chicken breasts into small pieces
Throw in a dollop of coconut oil in a pan, add chicken, brown on both sides
In a separate wok or large skillet pan toss in garlic, olive oil/butter (if you don't have dairy issues/coconut oil)
Cut up green onions, carrots, brocoli, sweet peppers, any other veggies
Cook on high heat for 5 min to crisp
Salt and pepper to taste
Add coconut aminos sauce (from the vitamin shop) and cover for a few min to steam
Add chicken
Add more sauce as desired
Serve over chicken
Add potato if your husband is a ginger and thinks potatoes need to be a part of every meal

Easy Chicken Bake Recipe

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I get the huge ones idk)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2-1 stick of butter (honestly preference is key; more butter will make it more buttery lol)
Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper (and a pinch of cayenne pepper) to season the chicken
Shredded Mozzarella (or your favorite--cheddar works amazingly)
Preheat the oven to 400F
Cut up the butter and layer it on the bottom of a glass baking dish
On the side, add the seasonings to coat your chicken breasts
Add one can of the cream of mushroom soup to the baking dish
Place your chicken in the dish, and add the second can of the cream of mushroom soup
Add pepper and seasonings over top to taste (I add pepper and garlic powder because I love garlic)
Cover the top, and bake for 30-35 minutes
Check chicken with a meat thermometer if you're unsure--it should read 165F if it's fully cooked in the center
Add shredded cheese to the top (I like mozzarella because it makes it literally taste like an Alfredo sauce) and broil 5-7 minutes
Add your favorite side dish, and viola! Cheap, easy chicken bake.
If you have the seasonings, this is under $10 to make and it feeds four easily
Very hearty. Very rich. Probably artery clogging.

Crock Pot Tilapia & White Rice

1 cup of rice/ 2 cups of water season with salt
1 tbs of olive oil
Stir up
4 fillets of frozen Tilapia
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half for decor and veggies
Season fish with lemon pepper and a few dashes of basil
Set crock pot on slow cook for 4hrs
On high it cooks in about 2 hrs

Easy Pesto Chicken

4 large chicken breasts
Pesto sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Start by cutting a slit in the chicken Breast horizontally (but not all the way through) so you can open the flap
Inside the chicken, Spread about a teaspoon of pesto, sprinkle a little pepper and salt, and some shredded mozzarella
Close the chicken, do the same to the outside
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes! Enjoy!

1-2lbs hamburger browned/drained
1 large can Nalleys chili cooked in pot
1 small can tomato paste (cook with chili) and is optional
2 bags of Nacho cheese Doritos/ Cool Ranch Doritos (your choice)
1 bag of shredded cheese (any kind)
Brown/drain hamburger (season with ranch packet IF using cool ranch Doritos or season with taco season packet)
Heat chili/tomato paste in pot to boiling
Preheat oven to 350
Using a large (deep) cake pan... Layer ingredients as follows:
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
Repeat until all in cake pan.
Place in oven on 350 for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve! Enjoy!

Ritz Chicken

1-2lbs of chicken tenderloins
1-2 tubes of ritz crackers crushed
Salt and pepper to taste. I generally add a little Tony's
Shredded cheese any you prefer
Pre heat oven to 400°
Soak chicken in milk for at least 10 minutes.
After soaking roll chicken in cheese then coat in Ritz crackers.
Line up side by side
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove sprinkle shredded cheese on top bake for approx 10 more minutes.
Serve with anything.

Broke Bitch Chicken

1-2 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
3/4 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
Shit ton of cheddar cheese, shredded
Chunks of cooked bacon
1 tube of Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
Roll the dough sheet out on a greased cookie sheet
Mix all the goods together (chicken, soup, sour cream, bacon and cheese) in a bowl
Spread the mix down the middle of the dough sheet
Grab the sides of the dough and pinch together to create a pocket
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes
Cut that shit up and enjoy, bitches!

Fun Fried Rice

Hotdog (cut in small pieces)
Chicken (only up to you)
Green onions (cut small and thin)
Soy sauce
Black pepper
You can make the rice on a cooker or pot.
Eggs can be fried like an omelette and then cut in little pieces (squares) or you can scramble them. Put them on a plate
Fry the chicken and hotdogs.
Put rice in a big pot or pan, mix it all up and add soy sauce until all rice becomes brown. If put in pan, fry it for 5 minutes

Turkey & Sweet Potato Skillet

1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 medium sweet potatoes, diced in small cubes
2 fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice), grated
Over medium-low heat, in a large saucepan with extra virgin olive oil, sautè the onion until tender, about 4 minutes
Add the turkey, break up with a fork, and cook until it is no longer pink
Drain off any fat
Add the sweet potatoes, cumin, sage, salt and pepper
Stir and cook until potatoes are tender but not falling apart, approximately 5 - 10 minutes
When the sweet potatoes are tender, sprinkle the mozzarella on top, cover then turn off the heat
Wait until the cheese melts before serving
